Mother earth breathes life into all things. On her forehead the 'YOU ARE HERE' map symbol, indicates that this is the point that we are all at. From this point you have choices to make, the quick route takes you to deforestation and ocean pollution, this is the route to disaster. The longer journey will take you to recycling, bio education, electric cars, solar panels and windturbines, this is the route to save our world.
 
This interactive map twists and turns, the viewer will want to work out the puzzle, drawing them in and making them engage with the world's plight. The salt timer shows how the future of the planet is up against the clock.
 
This artwork shows a way to combat the urban sprawl with the creation of high rise sustainable living. Large glass houses at the top of each building house trees, plants and fauna. This is a place for recreation but also a place to harvest food. The painting shows how animals can roam the landscape with it being less developed.
 
A vision of the future has been a difficult concept to encapsulate within a painting, but I hope this piece of art has the potential to reach people and raise awareness in a unique and beautiful way.
